How are your cakes delivered?

Every Cake Drop creation is handcrafted with love and passion by our skilled bakers. Upon receiving your order, we freshly prepare our mixtures using our secret recipes, bake it with care, and meticulously decorate it. Each bake is then packed into our insulated packaging and delivered to your door nationwide within 24 hours.

Your cake(s) will be shipped using an Express delivery service. All orders are shipped on a next day service, however external circumstances can cause delays in some instances.

Should this occur please be assured that your order will still be delivered in its required perishable timeframe.

Should your parcel be delayed in transit it can still be delivered by DPD/Royal Mail within 72 hours of dispatch however as previously stated we are not liable for any potential spoilage with standard delivery orders.

Can I send an order to an alternative address?

Yes, you may send an order to another address however please enter your billing and delivery details correctly during the checkout process on our website. We can only use the addresses provided via our website, and cannot utilise any addresses provided externally via PayPal. We cannot be held liable for incorrect address input or incorrect delivery instructions.

How do I contact Cake Drop?

If you have made a purchase from us and need help in regards to your order, please email us stating your order number and we will assist you as a matter of urgency. We aim to respond to all purchase enquiries within 12 hours.

We also respond to our social channels such as Facebook, and you can even send us a direct Facebook message using the chat function.

Are your products Halal/Vegetarian/Vegan?

All Cake Drop products are Halal and suitable for vegetarians, ensuring they meet a wide range of dietary preferences and requirements. We are also proud to introduce our new vegan range coming soon, crafted with the same dedication to quality and flavor, catering to those who prefer plant-based options.

How long do your products last?

At Cake Drop, we pride ourselves on baking fresh daily. Each order is baked on the day of dispatch and carefully packaged within two hours to ensure maximum freshness during transit.

To maintain the quality of our products, please store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. We recommend enjoying our cakes within three days of delivery for the best experience.
